The service
The Shetech Document Tool lets your business create quotations, invoices and delivery notes. New accounts get a 14-day free trial with up to 10 documents. After that the service costs R100 per month, paid by EFT using your payment reference.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the accuracy of the documents you create. We may suspend accounts that are misused or whose subscription has ended. Your saved documents are kept while your account exists.
Your information (POPIA)
We collect your email address, company details, logo, documents and client lists so the tool can work. This information is stored securely, is used only to provide the service, and is not sold or shared with third parties except the providers that run the service (hosting, database and AI document reading). You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time.
How we keep your clients' information private
Your data is yours. Only you can see your documents, clients and prices. Other businesses on the tool cannot.
Protected sign-in. Every account has its own login. Passwords are never stored in readable form.
No selling, no sharing. We never sell your information or your clients' details, and we don't use them for marketing.
Limited access. Shetech can only open your account with a one-time code sent to your own email. If you don't give us that code, we can't get in.
Encrypted in transit. The site only works over a secure (https) connection.
You stay in control. Delete a document or a client at any time, or ask us to remove your whole account.
Uploaded documents
RFQ and purchase-order files you upload may be processed by an AI service to extract line items. Review the results before using them.
