We cannot open your account on our own. Without the one-time code sent to your email, we cannot see your documents.

No code from you, no way in.If you need help, we ask for the one-time code that is emailed to you. You decide whether to share it. When the help is done, the access ends.

What we can and cannot do

We cannot

  • Open your account without your one-time code
  • Sell or share your clients' details
  • Show your documents or prices to other businesses
  • Use your information for marketing

You can

  • Choose whether to give us the code
  • Delete any document or client at any time
  • Ask us to delete your whole account
  • Ask what we hold about you

If you ask us for help

  1. You tell us what you need.
  2. A one-time code is emailed to you, not to us.
  3. You share the code only if you are happy for us to look.
  4. We fix the problem. The code stops working.
